摘要
目的:整理分析中医药治疗小儿肺炎相关文献的研究现状并预测其未来的发展趋势。方法:选择中国知网,采用主题词进行专业检索,使用CiteSpace软件对文献进行分析,并绘制网络图谱、聚类图谱、前沿图谱。结果:中医药治疗小儿肺炎的研究热点有中西医结合、中西医结合疗法、临床疗效、临床观察、麻杏石甘汤、穴位贴敷等,主要集中在气虚体质型小儿肺炎、中医药安全性及疗效、支原体感染、痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎、中医药联合阿奇霉素、中医外治法这6个方面;在未来的研究中,临床疗效及中药穴位敷贴将成为中医药治疗小儿肺炎的研究方向。结论:为了更好地促进中医药治疗小儿肺炎工作的传承与创新,广大中医药工作者要善于将中医药的基本理论和方法与现代科技手段相结合,重视中医药治疗小儿肺炎的方法研究,要强调中医药治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。
Objective: To collect and analyze research status of TCM in the treatment of infantile pneumonia and predict the future developmental trend. Methods: After choosing CNKI, keywords were used to peform professional retrieval, CiteSpace software to analyze the literature, and draw network map, cluster map and frontline map. Results: Research hotspots of TCM treating infantile pneumonia mainly contained integrative medicine,integrative medicine therapy, clinical effects, clinical observation, Maxing Shigan Tang, acupoint application and others, they mainly focused on six aspects: infantile pneumonia of Qi deficiency constitution, TCM safety and clinical effects, mycoplasma infection, infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung pattern, TCM combined with azithromycin and TCM external therapy;in future research, clinical effects and herbal acupoint application will become the research direction of TCM in the treatment for infantile pneumonia. Conclusion: In order to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM treatment of infantile pneumonia, the majority of TCM workers should combine TCM basic theory and method with modern technology, emphasize the study on TCM method in the treatment of infantile pneumonia, and stress clinical effects of TCM in the treament for infantile pneumonia.
