摘要
目的探索中药治疗心房颤动领域的研究热点及研究趋势。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中已发表的中药治疗心房颤动相关文献,以Refworks格式导出,通过CiteSpaceⅤ生成中药治疗心房颤动的知识图谱,并进行文献关键词共现分析和聚类分析。结果关键词聚类图谱包含111个节点,290条连线,目前国内中药治疗心房颤动的相关文献关键词共现网络共形成6个聚类,研究频次较高的关键词是心悸、中西医结合、稳心颗粒及胺碘酮,最近几年的主要研究领域是中医或中西医结合治疗心房颤动的临床研究或疗效观察。结论中西医结合治疗心房颤动的临床观察研究是研究的热点趋势,但关于中西医结合治疗心房颤动临床效果的评价指标需要进一步探究。
Objective To investigate the hot topics of Chinese medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods The published papers about Chinese medicine for treatment of atrial fibrillation in the CNKI database were retrieved and exported in Refworks format.The knowledge map of atrial fibrillation was generated by CiteSpaceⅤ,and co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis were performed.Results The keyword clustering map consisted of 111 nodes and 290 lines and divided into 6 clusters.The hot topics were heart palpitations,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,steady heart particle and amiodarone.The main research field in recent years was the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of atrial fibrillation.Conclusion The clinical observation of the treatment of atrial fibrillation with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a hot trend of research.However,the evaluation index of the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation needs further exploration.
