Aspen Plus模拟BDO装置的轻组分替代物选择研究

摘要 通过实验的方法测量BDO生产组分中轻组分的密度、黏度和沸点,然后利用Aspen Plus的物性分析功能,选择3种沸点与轻组分接近的物质,分别是丙烯醛(C3H4O)、乙二醛(C2H2O2)和丙酮(C3H6O),通过将实验得到的密度和黏度与以上3种物质分别比较,与轻组分最接近的是丙烯醛,因此选择丙烯醛为轻组分的替代物。 The density,viscosity and boiling point of light components in BDO production were measured by experimental method.Then,using the physical property analysis function of Aspen Plus,three substances with boiling point close to the light component are selected,which are Acrolein(C3H4O),glyoxal(C2H2O2),and Acetone(C3H6O).By comparing the density and viscosity obtained from the experiment with the above three substances respectively,acrolein is the closest one to the light component,so acrolein is chosen as the substitute of the light component.
