摘要
目的:观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)联合竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白色病损的临床疗效及安全性。方法:外阴白色病损患者150例随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组各50例,A组应用竹红菌素软膏治疗,B组应用HIFU治疗,C组采用HIFU联合竹红菌素软膏治疗。比较各组患者外阴白色病变面积、外阴皮肤弹性评分和外阴瘙痒症状评分改善情况,评估各组临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:C组总有效率为92.00%,明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组患者外阴白色病变面积、外阴皮肤弹性评分和外阴瘙痒症状评分均低于治疗前,且C组各项评分均低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组复发率明显低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:HIFU联合竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白色病损患者,能够提高临床疗效,降低复发率,且安全性较高。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of high-intensity focused ultrasound( HIFU) combined with bacillus ointment in the treatment of white lesions of the vulva. Methods: Totally 150 vulvar leucoma patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 50 cases in each group. Group A was treated with hypocrellin ointment,group B was with the application of HIFU treatment,and group C was given HIFU combined with hypocrellin ointment. The white area of vulva,skin elasticity of vulva and symptom improvement of genital itching were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were also assessed. Results: The total effective rate of group C was 92.00%,which was higher than that of group A and group B. The area of vulvar white lesions,vulva skin elasticity scores and vulvar pruritus symptoms of each group were all lower than those before the treatment,and those of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B with statistically significant differences( P<0.05). The recurrence rate of group C was significantly lower than that of groups A and B( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups. Conclusion: The application of erythromycin ointment and HIFU in the treatment of vulvar leucoma patients can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate with high safety.
