摘要
当今时代背景下,国与国之间再无自然流通屏障,"地球村"正在形成。公共卫生事件一旦发生,极容易引发全球性危机,有必要构建突发事件快速响应情报体系。文章介绍了突发事件及高校防控的必要性,阐述了情报体系建设的预期目标,并以2020年的新冠疫情事件为例,以疫情发展的各个时期为视角,分析高校应对突发事件快速响应情报体系建设的具体内容。
Under the background of the present era, there is no natural circulation barrier between countries, and "Global Village" is being formed. Once a public health event occurs, it is easy to cause a global crisis, so it is necessary to construct a rapid response information system for emergencies. This paper introduces the emergency and the necessity of prevention and control in colleges and universities, expounds the expected goal of information system construction,and analyzes the concrete contents of system construction from the perspective of the new crown epidemic event in2020 and the various periods of epidemic development.
