摘要
结合实际工业控制中被广泛应用的网络化过程控制技术,针对过程控制工程实验课程提出在现有实验设备的基础上加入网络化控制技术,构建一个开放性实验平台的具体方案。目的是为学生提供一个综合运用PID控制、模糊控制、自适应控制等控制算法,自行探索设计控制器,并结合CAN网络技术和嵌入式技术实现能对系统温度、液位、压力等参数进行有效控制的网络化实验环境。通过增加开放性网络化过程控制实验,丰富过程控制实验教学体系,并实现开放性实验教学,为培养创新型人才打下基础。
A plan is proposed to set up a networked process control experiment for the undergraduate course process control experiment.This experiment is an open experiment platform in which the net-work control technology,widely used in process industries,is appliedto the existing experimental equipment in the course.The purpose isto provide the students a networked experimental environment wherethey can use PID control,fuzzy control,adaptive control and some other control algorithms to design a feedback control system and usethe CAN network and embedded technology to implement networkedprocess control systems.This open networked process control experi-ment can enrich the context of the course process control experiment and provide a more open experiment platform to students in develo-ping their research interests and technical skills.
