摘要
目的探讨临床药师参与用药处方点评工作对提升临床用药合理性、优化医疗质量的作用。方法点评前为2016年8~10月药师未参与处方点评,选择该时间段410例处方,60例病例为对照对象。点评后为2017年4~6月我院药师参与处方点评,选择该时间段410例处方,60例病例为研究对象。比较点评前、后药物使用情况。结果点评后不规范处方共计11张(2.68%),明显低于点评前的37张(9.02%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院天数、总费用、总药费及抗菌药物使用情况指标的比较上,点评后患者更优于点评前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在抗菌药物使用种类上,点评后使用1种抗菌药物患者占有率多于点评前,≥3种占有率少于点评前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药师干预临床用药过程,能降低处方不合理问题的发生率,促进临床合理用药过程,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical pharmacists participating in medication prescription review on improving the rationality of clinical medications and optimizing the quality of medical treatment.Methods Before the review,the pharmacists did not participate in prescription review from August to October 2016,during which 410 prescriptions were selected,with 60 cases as the control objects.After the review,the pharmacists at our hospital participated in prescription review from April to June 2017,during which 410 prescriptions were selected,with 60 cases as the study objects.Pre-and post-review drug use was compared.Results After the review,there were 11 non-standard prescriptions(2.68%),which was significantly lower than the 37 prescriptions before the review(9.02%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of the length of stay,total expenses,total drug expenses,and indexes of the use of antibacterial agents,those of patients after the review were better than those before the review,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of the types of antibacterial agents used,the occupancy of patients who used 1 antibacterial agent after the review was higher than that before the review,the occupancy of patients who used≥3 antibacterial agents was lower than that before the review,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The process of pharmacist intervention in clinical medications can reduce the incidence of unreasonable prescriptions,and promote the rational clinical medication process,which is worthy of promotion.
