摘要
濮4-侧24井是在139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻,下入101.6mm套管进行尾管固井的一口定向井。针对本井固井存在较多困难,通过采用合理设计前置液,优化选纤维水泥浆体系,采用紊流加塞流复合顶替,循环加回压等固井工艺技术,保证了该井的固井质量。
Well Pu 4-24 is a directional well which is drilled in 139.7 mm casing and drilled in 101.6 mm casing for liner cementing. There are many difficulties in cementing of this well. The cementing quality is guaranteed by many cementing techniques,such as the reasonable design of the prepositional fluid,the optimization of the fiber cement slurry system,turbulent plug flow composite replacement and circulation plus back pressure.
