摘要
为解决电牵引采煤机行走部驱动故障频发、控制模式不灵活问题,基于变频技术、PLC控制技术以及CAN通信原理,设计了电牵引采煤机行走部变频控制方案,即由PLC控制器直接控制行走电动机变频器,进而控制行走电动机,实现行走电动机的正/反转、加/减速、变频/工频、本地/远程等多种控制模式,另增加行走部HMI人机界面,实时监测行走部运行参数,降低故障发生率。该方案已经完成工业试验,结果表明所设计方案能保证采煤机安全、稳定、连续运行,故障发生率较低,且满足设计要求。
In order to solve the problem of frequent driving failure and inflexible control mode of the traction unit of the electric traction shearer,based on the frequency conversion technology,PLC technology and CAN communication principle,the frequency conversion control scheme of the traction unit of the electric traction shearer has been designed.That is to say,PLC controller directly controls the frequency converter of the traction motor,and then controls the traction motor,realizing various control modes of the traction motor,such as forward and reverse rotation,acceleration and deceleration,frequency conversion and power frequency,local and remote.In addition,human-machine interface(HMI)of the traction unit has been added to monitor the running parameters of the traction unit in real time,so as to reduce the failure rate.The industrial test has been completed,and the results show that the design scheme can ensure the safety,stability and continuous operation of the shearer,with low failure rate,and can meet the design requirements.
