摘要
目的:总结尿路上皮癌(UC)患者的疾病负担,结合现有治疗方案分析UC的临床未满足需求,为新药研发、医疗卫生决策和临床诊疗提供参考;方法:检索PubMed、万方、中国知网数据库自建库以来至2020年2月发表的相关文章和官方公布的国内外诊疗指南,对收集的信息进行综述;结果:疾病的反复与进展给UC患者带来了沉重的心理负担和经济负担。局部晚期和转移性UC患者的疾病负担尤为严峻,患者生命质量明显降低且临床预后极差,现有一线治疗方案疗效有限且无二线标准治疗方案;结论:局部晚期和转移性UC患者的疾病负担沉重,临床亟需新的治疗药物,以改善患者的预后和生命质量。
Objective:To review and summarize the urothelial carcinoma (UC) disease burden and analyze the current treatment pattern and clinical outcomes to highlight the unmet clinical needs of the disease to provide supporting evidence for drug development,medical decision making,and policy decision formulation.Methods:Literature review and systematic synthesize of relevant literatures such as clinical treatment guidelines published in PubMed,Wanfang and CNKI up to February 2020 was conducted.Results:The disease (UC) recurrence and progression imposed heavy psychological and economic burden on UC patients.The disease burden is particularly sever for locally advanced or metastatic UC patients with poor prognosis and quality of life in the absence of effective first-line chemotherapy and subsequent second-line treatment.Conclusion:The patients with locally advanced or metastatic UC have suffered heavy disease burden and more effective therapies are critically needed to improve their prognosis and quality of life.
