摘要
随着公路建设规模的不断扩大,沥青路面应用逐渐增多。在使用过程中,沥青路面受行车荷载、自然因素等影响,导致路面老化,并出现了路面微裂等早期病害。沥青路面早期病害的发生会对道路通行质量、舒适度及安全性造成不利影响,甚至会缩短路面使用寿命。为此,必须重视沥青路面养护。雾封层技术是一种高效、低耗、低成本的预防性养护技术,其应用到路面早期病害养护处理中,可有效提升工程质量。为此,本文在全面了解雾封层作用机理的前提下,结合具体工程案例,对路面沥青雾封层施工技术要点进行了探讨。
As the scale of highway construction continues to expand,more and more asphalt pavements are gradually increasing.During use,the asphalt pavement is affected by driving load,natural factors,etc.,which causes the pavement to age,and there are early diseases such as pavement cracks.Early disease on asphalt pavement is bound to adversely affect road traffic quality,comfort and safety,and even shorten the service life of the pavement.For this reason,attention must be paid to the maintenance of asphalt pavement.Fog sealing layer technology is an efficient,lowconsumption,low-cost preventive maintenance technology.It can effectively improve the quality of the project when it is applied to the treatment of early diseases on the pavement.Therefore,on the premise of fully understanding the action mechanism of the fog seal layer,this article discusses the construction technical points of the asphalt fog seal layer on the pavement in combination with specific engineering cases.
