摘要
以情绪反应、满意度为中间变量,构建了游客拥挤感知对环境责任行为的影响路径,并采用结构方程模型进行了实证检验。结果显示:游客的物理拥挤感知通过显著地正向影响躲避情绪反应和满意度,或仅通过负向地影响满意度,间接地负向影响环境责任行为;游客的社交拥挤感知通过显著地正向影响亲近情绪反应和满意度,或仅通过正向影响满意度,间接地正向影响环境责任行为;游客的物理拥挤感知比社交拥挤感知对环境责任行为的影响更大。
Taking emotional response and satisfaction as intermediate variables,this essay constructs paths of the impact of tourists ’ crowding perception on environmental responsibility behavior,and takes the structural equation model to test it. The results show that: physical crowding perception has an indirect negative impact on environmental responsibility behavior by evading emotional response and satisfaction through significant positive impact,or only by a negative impact on satisfaction;social crowding perception has a significant positive impact on proximity emotional response and satisfaction,or only by a positive impact on satisfaction;physical congestion perception has a greater impact on environmental responsible behavior than social congestion perception.
