摘要 卡瓦结构对于潜孔钻机卸扣过程中钻杆的变形有重要影响。采用有限元法对其夹持钻杆变形量进行分析,以减小卡瓦质量和钻杆变形量为目标,对卡瓦几何结构参数进行实验设计与响应面建模,在此基础上采用多目标优化遗传算法并结合实际工艺参数得到最优设计方案。优化后卡瓦结构在同等工况下卡瓦质量下降了27%,夹持钻杆变形量减少了31.9%,为潜孔钻机卸扣钳卡瓦设计提供了理论指导。 The slip structure has an important effect on the deformation of the drill rod during the unloading of the DTH drilling rig. The finite element method was used to analyze the deformation of the clamped drill pipe. With the goal of reducing the deformation of the drill pipe and the mass of the slip, the experimental design and response surface modeling of the geometric parameters of the slip were performed. Based on this, multiobjective. Optimization genetic algorithm were used and combined the actual process parameters to obtain the optimal design scheme. After the optimization of the slip structure, the deformation of the clamping drill rod was reduced by 31.9% and the slip mass was reduced by 27% under the same working conditions, which provided theoretical guidance for the design of the slip of the DTH drilling rig.
