高水平研究型大学实验人才队伍建设路径探析 被引量:5

摘要 实验人才是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,是高校教学科研的重要支撑保障。针对当下高校实验人才队伍数量偏少、质量不高、不能满足高水平研究型大学战略发展需要等现实状况,从高水平研究型大学的视角出发,以人事制度改革为主线,对高校实验人才队伍建设面临的主要问题进行分析研究,提出建立分类管理、分类考核的实验人才聘用评价体系,设计选人、用人、育人和留人的制度保障体系,抓住队伍建设的关键点、重要点和突破点,着力规划明晰的个人职业发展体系,促使实验人才队伍与教学科研队伍相辅相成,共同服务于高水平研究型大学建设。高校应该把握战略发展机遇,迎接新轮建设挑战,结合研究型大学自身战略定位与部署,合理规划实验人才队伍建设工作。 The lab staff is an important part of universities and a basic support for teaching and scientific research there. In view of its generally meager size and low quality,this paper,based on an analysis of personnel system reform,tries to find a practical path for the strengthening of the lab staff adequate to the demands of high-level research universities. The main problems are analyzed,and suggestions are offered concerning the establishment of classified management and assessment system,the design of an institutional guarantee system for selecting,hiring,educating and retaining the lab staff. We should be clear as to the key points,important points and breakthrough points of team building,strive to plan and clarify the personal career development system,and promote the mutual complementation of the lab and the teaching and research staffs in the construction of high-level research universities. These universities should seize the strategic opportunities,meet the challenges of the new round of construction,and forge the kind of lab staff that is most relevant to their strategic positioning and deployment.
