摘要
为明确多异瓢虫(Adonia variegata)对杨树上白毛蚜(Chaitophorus populialbae)的控害潜能,室内研究了多异瓢虫成虫对不同密度白毛蚜的捕食量。结果表明,多异瓢虫对白毛蚜的捕食功能反应符合Holling-Ⅱ型反应模型,其拟合方程为N a=0.939N/(1+0.00537N),瞬时攻击率为0.939,单头多异瓢虫在24 h内对白毛蚜的理论日最大捕食量为174.8头。多异瓢虫对白毛蚜的寻找效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低。
To clarify the potential ability of Adonia variegata to control Chaitophorus populialbae,the predation of A.variegata on C.populialbae with different densities was studied in laboratory.The results showed that the predation functional responses of A.variegata to C.populialbae fitted well with the Holling-Ⅱequation.The fitting equation was N a=0.939N/(1+0.00537N).The instantaneous attack rate was 0.939 and the maximum daily predation number of A.variegata to C.populialbae was 174.8.The searching effect of A.variegata on C.populialbae was gradually decreased with the increase of prey density.
