摘要
针对考虑生产多于需求或少于需求的情况下多设备系统的维护问题,建立了状态维护策略模型。首先将设备退化过程分为三个状态,构建状态的转移概率模型,并且针对不同状态采取两种维护策略;其次,基于半马尔可夫模型以损失成本和超额利润、检测成本、维修成本为优化目标,建立在不同策略下维护费用模型,采用策略迭代算法求解不同状态下的维护策略。最后,通过算例分析验证模型的有效性,并对相应的参数进行了灵敏度分析。
This paper developed one condition-based maintenance strategy for the maintenance problem of multi-equipment system considering the production more or less than the demand. Firstly,it divided the degradation process into three states,constructing the transition probability model of the state,and adopting two maintenance strategies for different states. Secondly,based on the semi-Markov model,it optimized the cost of loss and excess profit,detection cost and maintenance cost. It established the maintenance cost model under different strategies to solve the maintenance strategy by using strategy iteration algorithm under different conditions. Finally,this paper verified the validity of the model by a case study,and carried out the sensitivity analysis of the corresponding parameters.
