摘要
文章就高职院校教师现状及教学中的若干问题、教学能力的内涵与问题等进行了调查和分析。掌握了高职院校师资队伍的结构特点,课堂教学基本能力与特殊能力的内涵与问题等各方面的现状及高职教师的学习需求。通过调查研究,制定了相应的信息化技能提升策略,为探索高职院校教师专业教学水平的提升路径提供帮助。
This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,several problems in teaching,and the meaning and problems of teaching ability.This paper has grasped the current situation of teachers and teachers’learning needs in various aspects,such as the structural characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges,the basic abilities of classroom teaching and the connotations and problems of special abilities in classroom teaching.Through investigation and research,corresponding strategies for improving information skills have been formulated to provide help for exploring ways to improve the professional teaching level of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
