摘要
基于组织学习理论和资源基础理论,通过实证分析238家生鲜零售企业的调查数据,研究组织学习能力、线上线下渠道整合质量对企业绩效的影响,并探讨环境动态性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:组织学习能力对服务构造透明度、信息一致性和业务关联性均具有积极的影响;服务构造透明度和信息一致性对企业绩效有积极的影响,业务关联性对企业绩效的影响不显著;信息一致性和业务关联性分别在组织学习能力对企业绩效的影响中起部分中介作用;环境动态性负向调节服务构造透明度对生鲜零售企业绩效的正向影响,并且负向调节信息一致性对生鲜零售企业绩效的正向影响。
Based on the organizational learning theory and the resource-based theory,this study analyzes the survey data of 238 fresh retail firms,and studies the influence of organizational learning ability and the integration quality of online and offline channel on firm performance,and explore the regulatory role of environmental dynamics in it.Results show that:organizational learning ability has a positive impact on the transparency of service configuration,information consistency and business ties;transparency of service configuration and information consistency have a positive effect on firm performance,while business ties has no significant effect on firm performance;information consistency and business ties play an intermediary role in the organizational learning ability and firm performance of fresh retail firms respectively;the environmental dynamism negatively regulates the impact of transparency of service configuration on the performance of fresh retail firms,the environmental dynamism negatively regulates the impact of information consistency on the performance of fresh retail firms.
