摘要
针对现今市场元器件假冒伪劣手段众多且难以鉴别。在此通过国内外标准的对比分析介绍了假冒伪劣元器件的定义和种类,通过在实际检验工作中提出了将破坏性物理分析(DPA)中内部目检、X射线检查、外部目检和芯片剪切强度等试验方法应用于元器件的假冒伪劣检验,得出了基于DPA的假冒伪劣元器件检验流程,通过多项案例分析得到缺陷判据,最后提出了验证措施。结果表明,该方法应用于元器件假冒伪劣检验切实有效。
There are many counterfeit and shoddy components and it is difficult to identify.The definition and types of counterfeit and shoddy components are described.Internal visual inspection,X-ray inspection,external visual inspection and chip shear strength test methods in destructive physical analysis(DPA)are applied to the counterfeit and shoddy test of components.The process of testing counterfeit and shoddy components based on DPA is proposed.By case analysis,the defect criterion is obtained.Finally,verification measures are put forward.The results show that the method is effective in the detection of component counterfeit and shoddy.
