摘要
目的观察康力欣胶囊联合SOX方案(奥沙利铂+替吉奥)治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法中晚期胃癌患者60例均分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以SOX方案治疗,观察组予以康力欣胶囊联合SOX方案治疗;两组均治疗2个疗程(21 d为1个疗程),比较两组近期临床获益、Karnofsky评分、不同组分T淋巴细胞及NK细胞表达占比及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(86.67%vs.63.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组糖类抗原(CA)19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平均降低,观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组Karnofsky评分及生活质量总改善率高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。观察组不同组分T淋巴细胞和NK细胞表达占比情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组WBC减少发生率和Ⅱ度及以上Hb和Plt减少发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率相仿(16.67%vs.26.67%)(P>0.05)。结论与SOX方案单用比较,联合应用康力欣胶囊治疗中晚期胃癌能提高近期治疗有效率,在改善患者免疫功能、减轻不良反应及改善生活质量等多方面具有积极作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Kanglixin capsule combined SOX regimen in treating the patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were equally divided into two groups of A(treated with Kanglixin capsule plus SOX regimen)and B(treated with SOX regimen alone).Two groups were treated for 2 courses(21 days per course).The recent clinical benefits,Karnofsky score,proportions of different T lymphocytes and NK cells expressions and adverse reaction were observed in both groups.Results Total effective rate in group A was higher than that in group B(86.67%vs.63.33%)(P<0.05).The levels of CA19-9,CA12-5,CA72-4 and CEA were lower in both groups after treatment than those before,which in group A were even lower than those in group B(P<0.01).Karnofsky score and total improvement rate of quality of life in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Proportions of different T lymphocytes and NK cells expressions were higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Total incidence rates in the WBC reduction and theⅡdegree or higher degree of Hb and Plt decreases were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The total incidence rates of adverse reaction in groups of A and B were similar(16.67%vs.26.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared to SOX regimen alone,combined use of Kanglixin capsule can improve the short-term efficacy in the treatment of the patients with advanced gastric cancer,which has positive effects on improving immune function,reducing side effects and improving the life quality.
