火力发电厂大型热电偶测量板卡冷端补偿改进方案

Improved Scheme for Cold Junction Compensation of Large Thermocouple Measurement Board in Thermal Power Plant

摘要 针对火力发电厂常用的大型热电偶测量板卡的冷端补偿方式,基于现有常用冷端补偿方式所具有的局限性,提出一种通过对板卡内不同测点进行差别化冷端补偿的方式,来改进大型热电偶测量板卡每个测量点的冷端补偿精确度。改进方案已应用到工程应用,运行情况良好。 Aiming at the cold junction compensation method of large thermocouple measurement boards commonly used in thermal power plants,based on the limitations of the existing common cold junction compensation methods,this paper proposes a method for differential cold junction compensation by different measurement points in the board Method to improve the cold junction compensation accuracy of each measurement point of a large thermocouple measurement board.The improvement scheme has been applied to engineering applications,and the operation is in good condition.
