摘要
目的分析咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼在ICU机械通气患者镇静效果及安全性分析。方法选择于2018年1月-2019年1月间在佳木斯中心医院收治的84例ICU机械通气患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组(42例)使用咪达唑仑治疗,研究组(42例)采用咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼治疗,对两组镇静效果及安全性进行比较。结果研究组amsay评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组停药后至完全清醒时间比对照组长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组机械通气时间(5.46±1.57)d和总镇静时间(4.78±1.33)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组呼吸抑制、低血压及心律失常发生率为7.14%,明显低于对照组16.66%(P<0.05)。结论咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼应用于ICU机械通气患者中,可缩短患者机械通气时间及总镇静时间,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the sedative effect and safety of midazolam combined with sufentanil in patients treated with ICU mechanical ventilation.Methods 84 patients treated with ICU mechanical ventilation in the hospital from January, 2018 to January, 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 42 patients in the control group were treated with midazolam,and 42 patients in the study group were treated with midazolam combination of sulphon and sufentanil, then the sedative effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The amsay score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in the complete awake time after the drug withdrawal(P>0.05). The mechanical ventilation time(5.46 ± 1.57) d and total sedation time(4.78±1.33) d in the study group were shorter than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of respiratory depression,hypotension and arrhythmia in the study group was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than the control group 16.66%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midazolam combined with sufentanil in patients treated with ICU mechanical ventilation could shorten the mechanical ventilation time and total sedation time,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
