温拌剂对SBS改性沥青黏度及黏流特性影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究温拌剂的种类、掺量对SBS改性沥青的黏度及黏流特性的影响,采用布氏旋转黏度仪测定在不同温度(60℃~175℃)下、2种温拌剂在3种掺量下的黏度,并运用Saal公式拟合黏温曲线分析温拌剂对SBS改性沥青黏度的影响,再计算黏流活化能,分析其黏流特性。研究结果表明:在相对低温阶段(60℃~115℃),SBS改性沥青的黏度与温拌剂掺量呈正比;在高温阶段(135℃~175℃)呈反比,中间存在明显的转折临界温度;Sasobit在掺量为3%时对SBS改性沥青的黏度影响趋于稳定,而LDPE随着掺量的增加,对SBS改性沥青黏度的影响较大;黏流活化能的大小不能准确地反映沥青黏度的变化。 In order to investigate the effects of the types and amounts of warm mix agents on the viscosity and viscous flow characteristics of SBS modified asphalt,two types of warm mix agents with three dosages were measured at 60℃~175℃using a Brinell rotating viscometer.The effects of warm mix agent on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed by fitting the viscosity-temperature curve with Saal formula,and then the activation energy of viscous flow was calculated,and its viscous flow characteristics were analyzed.The results show that in the relatively low temperature stage(60℃~115℃),the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt is directly proportional to the amount of warm mix agent;in the high temperature stage(135℃~175℃),the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt becomes inversely proportional to the amount of warm mix agent,and there is an obvious critical transition temperature in the middle;the effect of Sasobit on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt tends to be stable when the content is 3%,and that of the LDPE becomes greater when the content increases;in addition,the magnitude of the activation energy of viscous flow cannot accurately reflect the change in the viscosity of asphalt.
