摘要
本文以某高铁路基上拱病害为研究对象,在病害调研及成因分析的基础上,将桥梁、地铁等工程中常用的绳锯切割技术首次引入到高铁路基上拱整治施工中。绳锯静力切割具有切割件大小可随意控制、施工速度快、切割切口平直光滑、吊运方便、对保留部分无振动、无破坏、操作安全、对环境污染小等特点,有效地解决了高铁路基既有线病害整治施工中工期紧张、空间狭小等技术难题,既提高了施工效率,也确保了施工安全,整治效果良好,可为类似病害整治提供参考。
With the arch discase of a high-peed railway subgrade as the research object,this paper introduces the rope saw cutting technology commonly used in bridge,subway and other projects to the high-speed railway subgrade arch treatment construction for the first time on the basis of the disease investigation and cause analysis.There are many characteristics of rope saw static cutting,for example,the size of the cutting piece can be controlled reely,the construction speed is fast,the cutting cut is straight and smooth,the lifing is convenient,there is no vibration and damage to the reserved part,the operation is safe,and with ltte pollution to the environment,which flectively solves the teehnical problems of short construction period and narrow space in the disease treatment construction of existing high-speed railway base,not only improves the construetion efficiency,but also ensures the construetion safety,moreover,the remediation effect is good.It could provide reference for the treatment of similar diseases.
