摘要
由于聚烯烃挤压造粒厂房在生产过程中会释放粉尘,因此通常设有粉尘回收系统用于清除粉尘,降低粉尘爆炸风险与职业危害。通常聚烯烃造粒厂房设有真空清洁系统,近年来随着工业吸尘器的发展,其已经能够满足挤压造粒厂房防爆生产环境回收粉尘的要求。本文研究了真空清洁系统与工业吸尘器的技术原理与应用现状,对比了两种技术方案的优劣,为造粒厂房粉尘回收系统的设计提供了参考。
During the operation of polyolefin extrusion granulating system,dust will be released in the plant.Therefore powder recovery system is used to collect the powders,which will reduce the explosion risk and occupational hazard.Usually vacuum cleaning system is used to collect powders in polyolefin extrusion granulating plant,as the fast development of industrial vacuum cleaner,it is applicable to use as powder recovery system in polyolefin extrusion granulating plant.In this article,the theory and application of vacuum cleaning system and industrial vacuum cleaner were introduced,and disadvantages of the two methods were compared,which could provide some reference for powder recovery system design in polyolefin extrusion granulating plant.
