摘要
目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗儿童功能性消化不良的效果。方法:选取我院收治的98例功能性消化不良患儿随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组接受多潘立酮治疗,观察组接受醒脾养儿颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗。对比两组疗效、临床症状消失情况、肠胃兴奋激素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(79.59%),临床症状消失比例高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MOT、GAS、NPY水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗儿童功能性消化不良疗效较佳,利于缓解患儿症状,提升胃兴奋激素水平。
Objective:To observe the effects of xingpi yang’er granule combined with domperidone on children with functional dyspepsia.Methods:98 children with functional dyspepsia receiving treatment in our hospital were randomized into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received domperidone treatment,while the others in the observation group received treatment with xingpi yang’er granule combined with domperidone.Then the efficacy,clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal excitatory hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%of the control group.The disappearance of clinical symptoms was higher than that of the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MOT,GAS and NPY in the observation group was higher than those of the control group,there were statistical differences between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingpi yang’er granule combined with domperidone is effective in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,which helps alleviate the symptoms and improve the level of gastric excitatory hormone.
