摘要
通过分析浮针疗法治疗肩周炎的中西医理论研究,归纳整理近年来浮针及其配合其他疗法治疗肩周炎的临床研究,证实浮针治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著,至今未出现明显副作用,具有操作简单且安全、痛苦小、患者依从性高等优势。并对目前浮针疗法治疗肩周炎研究中存在的问题进行思考,提出今后的研究思路及方法,旨在总结并更好地指导临床与科研,为临床上应用浮针疗法治疗肩周炎提供更可靠的理论依据。
It is confirmed that Fu’s subcutaneous needling is effective for frozen shoulder by analyzing the theoretical research of traditional Chinese and western medicine and by sorting out the clinical studies of Fu’s subcutaneous needling in combination with other therapies in recent years.The therapy has the advantages in less adverse reactions,easiness to operate,less pain and high patient compliance.This study also put forward the problems existing in the research of Fu’s subcutaneous needling in treating frozen shoulder,and proposed future research ideas and methods,aiming to summarize and better guide clinical and scientific research,and provide a more reliable theoretical basis for the clinical application of Fu’s subcutaneous needling in the treatment of frozen shoulder.
