摘要
“水立方”通过在泳池内架设转换结构,在比赛大厅新增“冰”的功能,实现“水冰”转换。转换结构由高频焊接薄壁H型钢支撑及面层轻质混凝土预制板组成,薄壁型H型钢最小板厚仅为4.5mm,加工、运输、安装、拆除过程极易产生变形;鉴于转换结构设计连接形式的特殊性和冰壶比赛的超高平整度要求,钢结构加工长度、孔距、安装平整度等主要质量指标的要求极高,控制好薄壁型钢加工质量成为预制板顺利安装的关键,是否能把控好平整度等安装指标,进而决定上部冰层质量能否达到赛事要求。
the‘Water Cube’can realize the‘water ice’conversion by erecting the conversion structure in the swimming pool and adding the function of‘ice’in the competition hall.The transfer structure is composed of high-frequency welded thin-walled H-beam support and surface light-weight concrete precast slab.The minimum plate thickness of the thin-walled H-beam is only 4.5mm,which is easy to deform in the process of processing,transportation,installation and removal.In view of the particularity of the design connection form of the transfer structure and the super-high flatness requirements of the curling competition,the main quality indexes of the steel structure,such as processing length,hole distance,installation flatness,etc.The requirement is very high.Controlling the processing quality of thin-walled steel is the key to the smooth installation of precast slab.Whether the installation indexes such as flatness can be well controlled,and then the quality of the upper ice layer can meet the requirements of the competition.
