摘要
以丙二酸和异戊醛为原料经过缩合、脱羧得到5-甲基-2-己烯酸乙酯,再经过迈克尔加成、脱羧、水解得到3-异丁基戊二酸,该合成工艺总收率为89%。该法收率高、操作简便、易于工业化生产。
3-isobutylglutaric acid was obtained with an overall yield of 89 %, from malonic acid and isovaleraldehyde via condensation, decarboxylation to give 3-isobutylglutaric acid, which was subjected to Michael addition, decarboxylation and hydrolysis. The synthesis is simple, easily controlled and high yield for the industrial production.
