摘要
半导体物理是广东石油化工学院新能源科学与工程专业开设的专业基础课程之一,基于教学实践中存在的主要问题,结合地方性本科院校人才培养目标,探讨了从课程体系、教学内容、教学模式、考核方法、实践环节等方面进行的教学改革实践,充分调动学生学习的热情,提升对半导体物理知识的理解,提高工程实践能力和创新精神。
Semiconductor physics is one of the professional basic courses for new energy science and engineering in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology.In view of the main problems existing in semiconductor physics teaching,and combined with the cultivate talents of local undergraduate universities,this paper discusses the teaching reform and practice from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching content,teaching mode,assessment method,practice link,so as to fully mobilize undergraduates’enthusiasm for learning,improve their understanding of semiconductor physics knowledge,and improve their engineering practice ability and innovation spirit.
