摘要
针对当前铁路通信网络面临的安全问题,提出铁路数据通信网骨干网的网络安全管理中心的构建方案,通过被动、主动的防御手段,力争构建一个完整的、动态的网络安全管理中心,将铁路通信网络调整到最安全和风险最低的状态,持续地保证铁路通信各系统的网络安全。
To deal with the security problems currently encountered in railway communication network,a construction scheme of the network security management center for the backbone net-work of the railway data communication network is put forward.By using both passive and proactive means of defense,one integral and dynamic network security management center should be constructed to adjust the railway communication network to the safest state with lowest risks,so as to continuously ensure the network security of the railway communication systems.
