摘要
提出了在有限场地内,通过合理布局全自动混凝土砖高效率生产线的设计思路,研究了石场尾矿废石砂、管桩余浆及蒸压釜排放尾气在混凝土砖生产中的应用,产品经过生产线自动化蒸汽养护后,其1 d抗压强度可达到设计强度80%以上,满足出厂要求。同时,可实现资源综合利用和节能减排目的,助力企业循环经济和产业升级。
The design idea of automatic closed-cycle concrete brick production line with high-efficiency is put forward by making a reasonable layout in a limited space. The application of waste stone sand from quarry, residual slurry from production and discharge tail steam from autoclave in the production of concrete pavement brick are studied. 1 d compressive strength of the products cured in the automatic steam curing process in the production line reaches more than80% of the design strength, and meets the delivery requirements. The design and application of the production line can reach the comprehensive utilization of the resources, the energy conservation and emission reduction, which can drive the circular economy and the industrial upgrading of the enterprise.
