摘要
针对使用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)进行溢油鉴定时油样品色谱峰的保留时间漂移问题,运用保留时间锁定技术,通过分析测试C8-C40烷烃混标中姥鲛烷的保留时间,实现对GC/MS系统的保留时间锁定。比较油样品中姥鲛烷的保留时间在GC/MS系统锁定前后的变化,结果表明,保留时间锁定之后,姥鲛烷的保留时间在不同批次进样、不同GC/MS系统之间的差异明显减少。
In order to solve the problem of retention time drift of chromatographic peak of oil samples when spilled oil was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS),the retention time locking(RTL)technology was applied to achieve retention time locking of GC/MS system by analyzing and testing the retention time of pristane in C8-C40 alkane mixture standard.Comparing the changes of the retention time of pristane in oil samples before and after GC/MS system locking,the results showed that after locking the retention time of pristane,the difference between different batches of sample injection and different GC/MS systems was significantly reduced.
