3D打印定位穿刺角度引导器联合DSA在三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中的应用 被引量:4

Application of 3D Printing and Positioning Puncture Angle Guide Combined with DSA in Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation of Trigeminal Ganglion

摘要 目的:探讨三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中应用3D打印定位穿刺角度引导器的临床价值。方法:抽选2017年11月-2019年6月本院收治的20例三叉神经痛患者纳入研究组,均在三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中应用3D打印定位穿刺角度引导器穿刺。选取在DSA透视下行传统定位穿刺操作的20例三叉神经痛患者作为对照组。对比两组穿刺操作时间、穿刺成功时的进针深度、疼痛程度、术中不适症状、术后并发症等情况。结果:全部患者穿刺成功率为100%,研究组穿刺操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组穿刺进针深度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);所有患者均未出现术中不适症状;研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三叉神经半月节射频热凝术中应用3D打印定位穿刺角度引导器联合DSA引导穿刺,可操作性高,穿刺成功性高,相比于传统定位穿刺操作,具有明显优势,不仅可缩短操作时间,还可有效缓解疼痛,降低术后并发症的风险,具有良好的应用价值。 Objective: To discuss the clinical value of 3D printing and positioning puncture angle guide in radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal ganglion. Method: Twenty patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study group, all patients were punctured with 3D printing positioning puncture angle guide during radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal ganglion. Twenty patients undergoing traditional positioning puncture under DSA fluoroscopy were selected as the control group. The puncture operation time, puncture depth at the time of puncture success, degree of pain, intraoperative discomfort symptoms, postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Result: The puncture success rate of all patients was 100%. The average puncture operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). However, the puncture depth of two groups compared, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). No intraoperative discomfort occurred in all patients of two groups. The rate of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of 3D printing and positioning puncture angle guide combined with DSA to guide puncture in radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal semilunar ganglion, it has high maneuverability and success. Compared with traditional positioning puncture operation, it has obvious advantages, it can not only shorten the operation time, but also effectively alleviate pain and reduce the risk of complications after operation. It has a good application value.
