摘要
目的:对比通元针法结合认知功能训练与单纯认知功能训练治疗中风后认知功能障碍(PSCI)患者的疗效及对患者认知功能、自理能力的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月于本院就诊的中风后认知功能障碍的患者60例。按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以基础治疗及认知功能训练,治疗组在对照组基础上予以通元针刺法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的MMSE评分及MBI评分。结果:治疗前,两组MMSE、MBI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MMSE、MBI评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通元针法联合认知功能训练能有效改善PSCI患者认知功能及自理能力,并具有可靠的疗效。
Objective: To compare the effect of tongyuan acupuncture combined with cognitive function training and simple cognitive function training on patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI) and their cognitive function and self-care ability. Method: A total of 60 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment and cognitive function training, the treatment group received tongyuan acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and MMSE and MBI scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result: Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in MMSE and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, MMSE and MBI scores in both groups were higher than those of before treatment, and the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and cognitive function training can effectively improve the cognitive function and self-care ability of PSCI patients, and has reliable efficacy.
