摘要
随着人口老龄化及老年慢性肾脏疾病发病率的增长,老年肾脏病专科医师培训非常重要。笔者从事老年肾脏病专业10余年,本文将从老年肾脏疾病的主要特点、专科培训要求、诊疗思路的建立、理论与临床实践相结合、多种教学方法的应用及医学人文等方面详细总结教学经验,为老年肾脏病专科人才建设提供思路。
With the aging of the population and the increase in the incidence of chronic kidney disease in the elderly,training of elderly nephrologists is very important.The author has been engaged in geriatric kidney disease for more than 10 years.This article summarized the teaching experience in detail from the main characteristics of elderly kidney disease,specialist training requirements,the establishment of diagnosis and treatment ideas,the combination of theory and clinical practice,the application of multiple teaching methods and medical humanities.This article will provide ideas for the construction of specialists for elderly kidney disease.
