摘要
长三角区域由于行政区划的存在、地方教育特点的不同以及教育政策的差别,在创新创业教育政策制定、资源互通、制度安排等方面存在一定程度的不协调、不对接。以长三角地区应用型本科联盟高校为调研对象,采用专家访谈与问卷调查,分析联盟高校创新创业教育存在的主要瓶颈及区域协同机制建设等情况。调研结论显示,长三角地区应用型本科联盟高校创新创业教育存在对协调发展认识不到位,协调机制与政策不完善,资源难以互通等主要瓶径。为此,需要建立统筹协同的创新创业教育体制机制、构建互联互通的创新创业大平台。
Due to the existence of administrative divisions,the characteristics of local education and the differences in education policies in the Yangtze River Delta region,there is a certain degree of inconsistency and mismatch in terms of policy formulation,resource interoperability and institutional arrangements of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This article takes the application-oriented colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research objects,and uses expert interviews and questionnaire surveys to conduct research on the main bottlenecks and regional synergy mechanisms of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the universities.The survey results show that the major bottlenecks of innovation and entrepreneurship education include a lack of understanding of coordinated development,the imperfect coordination mechanisms and policies,and the difficulty in resource sharing.To this end,it is necessary to establish a coordinated and innovative system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and construct an interconnected platform for innovation and entrepreneurship.
