摘要
目的探究慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的护理效果。方法方便选择该院2017年6月-2018年6月期间收诊的98例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组围手术期给予常规护理干预,而观察组围手术期则实施综合护理干预。比较两组中耳炎消失时间、住院时间及术后听力恢复情况,同时比较两组术后并发症发生率。结果对照组、观察组的中耳炎消失时间分别为(8.12±1.25)d、(6.52±1.12)d(t=2.470,P=0.010),住院时间分别为(10.17±1.41)d、(7.32±1.05)d(t=3.930,P=0.030);观察组术后听力轻度恢复率为(51.02%)明显高于对照组(30.61%)(χ~2=4.220,P=0.040);且观察组并发症发生率(8.16%)也明显低于对照组(24.49%)(χ~2=4.780,P=0.030),以上对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期中能有效改善患者临床症状和听力功能,且能减少并发症发生,缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to this hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were convenient selected as observation objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 49 cases. The control group was given routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period. The time of otitis media disappearance, hospital stay, and postoperative hearing recovery were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of postoperative complications was also compared between the two groups. Results The otitis media disappeared time in the control group and observation group were(8.12±1.25)d,(6.52±1.12)d(t=2.470, P=0.010), and the length of hospital stay was(10.17 ±1.41)d,(7.32 ±1.05)d(t =3.930, P =0.03);the mild hearing recovery rate in the observation group(51.02%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(30.61%)(χ~2=4.220, P =0.040);and the observation group of the complication rate(8.16%) was also significantly lower than that in the control group(24.49%)(χ~2=4.780, P=0.030), and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied to patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hearing function of patients during perioperative period, and can reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
