摘要
目的探讨分析消化内镜联合四联疗法应用于胃溃疡出血患者的临床效果。方法随机选取该院消化科2018年3月—2019年5月收治的胃溃疡出血患者88例,所有患者均经消化内镜检查确诊为胃溃疡,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组2组,每组44例。给予对照组单纯四联疗法治疗方案,给予观察组消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗方案。治疗期间记录患者症状、呕血、便血情况、粪常规隐血试验结果,比较两组患者治疗前后疗效及再出血情况。结果两组患者经治疗后,均取得一定疗效,但治疗组患者治疗总有效率(93.18%),对照组治疗总有效率(77.27%),观察组整体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.423,P<0.05)。观察组再出血率(2.27%)高于对照组(18.18%),观察组再出血率低于对照组再出血率(χ2=6.065,P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡出血患者应用消化内镜联合四联疗法能够有利于提高疗效,降低患者再出血风险,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods 88 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to our department of digestion from March 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected.All patients were diagnosed as gastric ulcer by digestive endoscopy.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the observation group was given digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy.During the treatment,the symptoms,hematemesis,hematochezia,fecal occult blood test results were recorded,and the curative effect and rebleeding were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups of patients achieved certain curative effect,but the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.18%)and the control group(77.27%).The overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ^2=4.4226,P<0.05).The rebleeding rate in the observation group(2.27%)was higher than that in the control group(18.18%).The rebleeding rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=6.0647,P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy for gastric ulcer hemorrhage patients can improve the curative effect and reduce the risk of rebleeding,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
