摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在产房护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年1月-2019年2月收治的产科住院患者,总计5 850例,2018年7月之前的2 950例患者为没有展开精细化管理的对照组,2018年8月-2019年2月2 900例患者为展开精细化管理后的研究组,对比两组护理指标状况、患者满意度评分以及不安全事件发生率。结果研究组护理指标相较于对照组更优,患者满意度显著高于对照组,并且不安全事件发生率相较于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产房护理安全管理中展开精细化管理措施,管理效果尤为显著。
Objective To study the effect of fine management in the safety management of delivery room nursing.Methods This study selected 5850 obstetric inpatients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019.A total of 2950 patients before July 2018 were the control group without refined management.From August 2018 to February 2019 as a research group after refined management.The status of nursing indicators,patient satisfaction scores,and incidence of unsafe events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing index of the study group was better than that of the control group,the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of unsafe events was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management measures in the delivery room nursing safety management has particularly significant management effects.
