摘要
TIFY蛋白是植物特异性转录因子,在植物生长、发育和基因调控中具有重要作用。尽管部分菜豆TIFY基因被鉴定与研究,但从基因组水平剖析TIFY基因家族的研究未见报道。结合基因组和转录组学数据,本研究系统剖析了菜豆TIFY基因家族的序列、选择、表达及进化特征。结果显示:18个PvTIFY基因散落分布在9条染色体上,共线性鉴定出6对片段重复基因和1对串联重复基因,同时这些基因被分为6大类群;序列分析表明,菜豆TIFY基因有12种基因结构模式,但有5种保守基序组成模式,这说明保守基序模式更保守;选择压力检测显示,同源基因对均受到负选择作用,显示较高的保守性;表达分析揭示了菜豆TIFY家族基因具有多样化的表达模式,其中同源基因对表达模式发生趋异现象。这些结果为深入研究菜豆TIFY蛋白的生理功能提供了参考。
TIFY proteins are the plant-specific transcription factors and play an important role in plant growth,development and gene regulation.Although some TIFY genes were characterized and studied in common bean,no studies on the PvTIFY gene family were reported at the genomic level.The sequence,selection,expression and evolution of the TIFY gene family were systematically analyzed based on genomic and transcriptomic data.The results were showed that 18 PvTIFY genes are scattered on nine chromosomes.Microsyntenic analysis revealed six pairs of fragment duplicates and one pair of tandem duplicates,and at the same time,these PvTIFY genes are divided into six major groups.Sequence analysis showed that the PvTIFY genes have 12 gene structure patterns,but the encoding proteins of which have 5 conserved motif composition patterns,suggesting that the motif pattern is much more conserved than gene structure.Selection pressure test showed that homologous gene pairs were negatively selected,showing highly conservation.Expression analysis revealed that the PvTIFY genes display a variety of expression patterns,and most of homologous gene pairs have divergent expression patterns.These results provide a reference for further study on the physiological function of TIFY protein in common bean.
