摘要
目的探讨三伏灸联合穴位敷贴在防治支气管哮喘中的应用价值。方法选取152例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组各76例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用三伏灸联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较治疗前及治疗3个月后,两组患者中医症状积分(气息短促、倦怠乏力、食少便溏)、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、气流量峰值(PEF)]、生活质量[哮喘生活质量评估量表(AQLQ)]评估变化;比较治疗后3个月内,两组患者发病情况(发病次数、病情程度、发病率)评估差异。结果治疗3个月后,研究组患者气息短促、倦怠乏力、食少便溏各项中医症状积分、AQLQ各项评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且明显高于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月内,研究组患者发病次数、病情程度、发病率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三伏灸联合穴位敷贴应用于防治支气管哮喘中,可明显改善患者疾病症状及肺功能,减少发病次数与发病程度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the application value of Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 152 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment while the study group was treated with Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application on this basis.Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(shortness of breath,fatigue,reduced appetite and loose stool),lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)]and quality of life[Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)]were compared between the two groups,and the morbidity status(incidence frequency,severity,incidence rate)were compared between the two groups within 3 months after treatment.Results Within 3 months after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of shortness of breath,fatigue and reduced appetite and loose stool and scores of items of AQLQ in the study group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the study group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the incidence frequency,severity and incidence rate in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanfu-moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma can significantly improve the disease symptoms and lung function of patients,reduce the incidence frequency and severity,and improve the quality of life of patients.
