摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为推进互联网经济与生态环境协调发展提供参考。[方法/过程]以系统间耦合协调发展为导向,整合互联网经济与生态环境两大子系统5个要素,27个指标因子,构建互联网经济与生态环境协调发展测度模型。以2017年统计数据测算中国31个省级行政区域互联网经济与生态环境协调发展度。[结果/结论]构建的互联网经济与生态环境协调发展测度模型可行性高,能反映中国互联网经济与生态环境协调发展的整体情况。中国互联网经济与生态环境与区域发展不平衡,协调发展整体水平较低,呈现东部沿海高于中部、西部地区,东北地区高于西南地区的特征。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for coordinated development of the Internet economy and the ecological environment.[Method/process]Based on the coordinated development of inter-system coupling the paper integrates five elements of the two subsystems of the Internet economy and the ecological environment and 27 index factors and constructs the coordinated development measurement model of Internet economy and the ecological environment.Also the paper uses statistics data in 2017 to measure the coordination development degree of the Internet economy and the ecological environment of 31 provincial level administrative regions in China.[Result/conclusion]The coordinated development measurement model of Internet economy and the ecological environment is highly feasible and can reflect the overall situation of coordinated development of China’s Internet economy and ecological environment.China’s Internet economy and ecological environment and regional development are not balanced and the overall level of coordinated development is low where the eastern coastal areas are higher than the central and western regions and the northeastern regions are higher than the southwestern regions.
