摘要
目的:观察温阳振衰颗粒对慢性心力衰竭模型兔血浆白介素4(IL-4)、白介素10(IL-10)、可溶性基质裂解素2(sST2)及氨基末端脑钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)含量的影响,探讨其治疗慢性心力衰竭的作用机制。方法:43只实验兔,随机抽取6只为正常对照组,剩余37只采用阿霉素注射制造慢性心力衰竭模型。4周后死亡2只,将造模成功的35只兔随机分为温阳振衰颗粒高剂量组、温阳振衰颗粒中剂量组、温阳振衰颗粒低剂量组、阳性对照组、模型组,每组7只。从第5周开始,各组用对应药物灌胃,1次/d,连续4周,实验结束后检测血浆IL-4、IL-10、sST2及NT-pro BNP含量。结果:温阳振衰颗粒高剂量组、温阳振衰颗粒中剂量组、温阳振衰颗粒低剂量组、阳性对照组兔血浆IL-4、IL-10含量均高于模型组(P<0.01),sST2、NT-proBNP含量均低于模型组(P<0.01);温阳振衰颗粒高剂量组兔血浆IL-4、IL-10含量均高于温阳振衰颗粒低、中剂量组(P<0.05);温阳振衰颗粒高剂量组sST2、NT-proBNP含量均低于温阳振衰颗粒低、中剂量组(P<0.01)。结论:温阳振衰颗粒可升高CHF兔血浆中IL-4及IL-10的含量,同时降低s ST2、NT-proBNP含量,且温阳振衰颗粒高剂量疗效优于中、低剂量。
Objective:To observe the effects of Wenyang Zhenshuai Granules on interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),soluble matrix lysin 2(sST2)and amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)in rabbits with chronic heart failure,and to explore the mechanism of its treatment for chronic heart failure.Methods:6 of the 43 experimental rabbits were randomly selected as the normal control group,while the remaining 37 were injected with doxorubicin to create a model of chronic heart failure.After 4 weeks,2 rabbits died.The 35 rabbits with successful modeling were randomly divided into high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group,positive control group and model group,with 7 rabbits in each group.From the 5 th week,each group was gavage with the corresponding drugs for 1 time/d for 4 consecutive weeks.At the end of the experiment,the expression levels of IL-4,IL-10,s ST2 and NT-proBNP were detected.Results:The contents of IL-4 and IL-10 in the high-dose group,the medium-dose group,the low-dose group and the positive control group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.01),while the contents of sST2 and NT-proBNP were lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).The contents of IL-4 and IL-10 in the high-dose group were higher than those in the low-dose and medium-dose groups(P<0.05).The content of sST2 and NT-proBNP in the high dose group was lower than that in the low and medium dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Wenyang Zhenshuai granules can increase the content of IL-4 and IL-10 in CHF rabbits,and reduce the content of sST2 and NTpro BNP,so as to achieve the effect of inhibiting cell inflammatory response,and the efficacy of Wenyang Zhenshuai granules is better than low dose,medium dose.
