摘要
KR铁水脱硫装置初始投资较大且设备复杂,但良好的脱硫效果以及长期运行低成本的优势仍然使其得到不断地推广应用。在KR脱硫过程机理分析的基础上,结合对脱硫剂(粒度、成分等)、搅拌头、铁水条件等主要影响因素进行的综合比较分析,有针对性地提出设计方案和控制措施,为低成本KR脱硫生产提供指导和借鉴。
KR hot metal desulphurization needs large initial investment and complex equipment,which is widely applied due to good desulphurization result and low cost advantage during long term operation.On the basis of mechanism analysis of KR desulphurization process and comparative analysis on major influencing factors such as granularity and composition of desulphurizing agent,stirring head, hot metal conditions,design program and control measures are raised pertinently,which provides guidance and references for low cost KR desulphurization production.
