摘要
抓住疾病之"态",厘清核心病机。在此基础上进行辨证论治,同时选择针对症状、指标等"靶点"的"靶药",是"态靶结合"组方理论的主要内容。仝小林教授将2型糖尿病发生发展过程分为"郁-热-虚-损"四个阶段。肺胃热盛证是"热"态的分型之一,病位在肺、胃,临床常用白虎汤治疗。然白虎汤中仅知母有降糖作用,全方降糖力度较弱,故往往加入黄连、桑白皮等降糖"靶药"进一步降糖,二者既能降糖,又可清肺胃之热。
The theory of status-target differentiation is to catch the status of disease and seize central pathogenesis.Moreover,it is also very important to select target drugs for symptoms,indicators and other targets.Professor TONG Xiaolin has divided type 2 diabetes into four stages:stagnation-heat-deficiency-damage.Lung-stomach heat is one of the types of heat status.Baihu Decoction is commonly used in clinical treatment of lung-stomach heat.However,in Baihu Decoction,Zhimu(Anemarrhena Rhizome)is the only herb that has hypoglycemic effect.Therefore,we can use Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Sangbaipi(Cortex Mori),the target drugs of reducing glucose.Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Sangbaipi(Cortex Mori)can not only reduce glucose,but also clear the heat of lung and stomach.
