摘要
用不同浓度Na2CO3溶液处理HZSM-5分子筛,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸脱附测试(BET)、吡啶吸附红外光谱(Py-IR)表征改性前后的分子筛。利用改性前后的HZSM-5在两段式固定床反应器上进行生物质热解产物在线催化试验,并对得到的生物油有机相进行理化特性和组成成分分析。结果表明,经过Na2CO3溶液处理后的HZSM-5分子筛介孔孔容和外比表面积增加,同时保留HZSM-5的MFI结构并改变分子筛的酸分布。随着Na2CO3溶液浓度的增加,生物油有机相产率和运动黏度不断减小,含氧化合物和羰基类化合物含量先减小后增加。经3 mol/L的Na2CO3溶液处理后的HZSM-5分子筛制得的生物油中,有机相热值达到35.3 MJ/kg,烃类物质含量达到46.27%,含氧化合物和羰基类化合物含量分别减少了27.6%和41.7%。
HZSM-5 zeolites were treated by Na2CO3 solution with different concentration.The HZSM-5 samples before and after Na2CO3 solution treatment were characterized by XRD,BET and PY-IR.Then the modified HZSM-5 catalyst was used in the process of preparing bio-oil and the bio-oil organic phase was studied from the aspects of composition and physical properties.The results show that the modified HZSM-5 catalyst can increase the mesoporous pore volume and outer surface area of the molecular sieve,while the MFI structure of HZSM-5 is retained and the molecular sieve acid distribution is changed.With the increase of Na2CO3 concentration,the yield of bio-oil organic phase and kinematic viscosity of the organic oil are decreased,while the content of the oxygenated compound and the carbonyl compound decreased first and then increased.The calorific value of the bio-oil organic phase obtained from modified HZSM-5(after 3 mol/L Na2CO3 treatment)catalyst reaches 34.7 MJ/kg and the content of hydrocarbons can be up to 46.27%,while the oxygenated compound and the carbonyl compound of the bio-oil organic phase are decreased by 27.6%and 41.7%compared with that of unmodified.
