摘要
目的:观察黄芪四君子汤联合成分输血治疗对肝癌患者介入治疗术后免疫功能的影响。方法:将肝癌患者50例随机分为2组,每组25例;2组患者均行丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶、表阿霉素、碘化油等介入治疗,对照组术后给予复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,观察组术后给予黄芪四君子汤内服联合成分输血治疗;观察比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后患者免疫功能、中医证候积分、生活质量改善情况。结果:总有效率观察组为92.0%,对照组为68.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0)。治疗后,观察组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者腹部肿块、唇颊苍白、下肢浮肿、自汗盗汗等证候积分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的生理、情感、日常、社会生活等生活质量维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝癌介入术后患者给予黄芪四君子汤联合成分输血治疗疗效显著,可有效改善患免疫功能及临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Huangqi Sijunzi tang combined with blood component transfusion on the immune function of patients after the surgery for liver cancer.Methods:A total of 50 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.Both groups were intervened with mitomycin,fluorouracil,epirubicin and iodized oil.After the surgery,the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection;the observation group was treated with Huangqi Sijunzi tang combined with blood component transfusion.The clinical effect and the improvement of immune function,Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.0%in the observation group and68.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal mass,paleness of lips and cheeks,edema of lower limbs,spontaneous sweat and night sweat in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life including physiology,emotion,daily life and social life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huangqi Sijunzi tang combined with blood component transfusion has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients after the surgery for liver cancer,which can effectively improve the immune function,clinical symptoms and the quality of life and is worthy of clinical application.
