摘要
目的:观察克痒舒洗液联合甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓治疗细菌性阴道炎(BV)的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组46例;对照组给予甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓治疗,治疗组采用甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓联合克痒舒洗液治疗,观察比较2组治疗前后临床症状(白带多、外阴瘙痒、阴道灼痛)改善情况及白带常规检查情况,统计2组总体临床疗效及复发率。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.7%,对照组为84.8%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白带过多、外阴瘙痒、阴道灼痛等症状的病例数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者白带常规均较治疗前改善,且治疗组线索细胞阳性率、pH>4.5阳性率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);胺实验阳性率比较,则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3、6个月,复发率治疗组分别为2.1%、4.3%,对照组分别为14.9%、23.4%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:克痒舒洗液联合甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓治疗BV,可有效缓解临床症状,改善白带常规相关指标,减少复发,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Keyangshu lotion combined with metronidazole and furazolidone suppositories for bacterial vaginitis(BV).Methods:A total of 92 cases of BV patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole and furazolidone suppositories,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Keyangshu lotion based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms including leukorrhagia,pruritus vulvae and burning pain of vagina,and the routine examination of leukorrhea in the two groups were observed and compared.The total clinical effect and recurrence rate in the two groups were counted.Results:The total effective rate was 95.7%in the treatment group and 84.8%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of cases with symptoms including leukorrhagia,pruritus vulvae and burning pain of vagina in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the routine examination of leukorrhea in the two groups was improved when compared with that before treatment,the positive rate of clue cells and pH>4.5 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the positive rate of amine test(P>0.05).After follow-up for three and six months,the recurrence rate was respectively 2.1%and 4.3%in the treatment group,and 14.9%and 23.4%in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Keyangshu lotion combined with metronidazole and furazolidone suppositories in treating BV can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the related indexes of leucorrhea,and reduce the recurrence,whose curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.
