摘要
目的研究刺络拔罐疗法结合中药内服在寻常痤疮临床治疗中的疗效和应用价值。方法本次研究对象均为2017年3月至2019年3月在我院治疗寻常痤疮的患者,共计98例,按照患者入院编号的单双对患者进行分组,分为研究组与对照组,每组各49例,其中对照组患者接受单纯中药内服治疗,而研究组患者则接受刺络拔罐疗法结合中药内服,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.96%,而对照组患者的治疗有效率则为79.59%,观察组具有显著优势(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分及皮损评分在治疗前差异不大(P>0.05),而治疗后观察组要显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐疗法结合中药内服治疗寻常痤疮的疗效较好,且能够有效改善患者的皮损评分与生活质量评分,具有较高的临床推广与应用价值。
Objective To study the curative effect and application value of pricking collaterals and cupping therapy combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods The subjects of this study were 98 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the single and double pairs of patients’admission numbers.49 patients in each group,of which the control group received simple oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,while the study group received acupuncture and cupping therapy combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,while that of the control group was 79.59%.the observation group had significant advantages(P<0.05).The quality of life score and skin lesion score of patients in the observation group had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),while the observation group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping therapy combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris,and can effectively improve the scores of skin lesions and quality of life of patients.It has high clinical promotion and application value.
